Microdata Modeling and Analysis

The micro-data modeling unit is responsible for the overall development and maintenance of the Provincial Government’s major micro-modeling capability used in analyzing the impact of changes in the Canadian income security system, for assessing social, micro-economic and fiscal policy impacts of key issues and projects, for providing aggregated micro-economic inputs into the macro-modeling initiatives and for micro-database building and modeling services for general applications and usage throughout Government.
